Gotta say, these are also fine principles for being a classroom teacher. You gotta make the World seem interesting and engaging and real (to people who have a lot of alternate worlds to choose from these days), you gotta make Time itself seem real and precious, you gotta do a LOT of planning and prep, you gotta host like a beast, being constantly responsible for the vibe and comfort and connections of everyone in the room, and you gotta constantly be the blade that cuts between Rules That Help Your Complex System Function and Rules That Have To Be Bent Or Broken On At Least This Occasion To Allow Your Complex System to Function.
