Review: generic USB-C power-through adapter

This is bulky, and expensive, and doesn’t come out until january, but at least it provides power specifications for the ports.

Front (left to right):
SD Card Reader
Stereo Headphone Port
USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A Port - High-power BC 1.2 5V, 1.5A

USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A Port - High-power BC 1.2 5V, 1.5A
USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A Port - Standard Power 5V, 0.9A
USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A Port - Standard Power 5V, 0.9A
USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Port - Standard Power 5V, 1.5A
Microphone port
Gigabit Ethernet
USB Type-C Computer Link
HDMI 1.4b with support for resolutions up to 4K/30Hz
DC Power

If you need more 1.5 Amp ports, perhaps the problem is that your proposed use–(add USB ports, charge up!) isn’t so obvious.

Get with the advertising units man. 1500 mA ports!
