As far as bikes are concerned, it’s a matter of aesthetics. Nothing being made today is remotely as appealing to look at as a CB500, a Norton Commando, or a BMW /5. Wire wheels and upright seating forever!

I’m also eager to see the new variants of the R NineT. BMW is entering the lower-end customize me market with some paired down versions.

If there was a dealer within 100 miles of me, I’d buy one of the India-built Royal Enfields.

Especially the 1940’s military dispatch rider model. All it needs is a curved number plate on the front mudguard to be dead solid perfect.
