I’ve been looking into indoor herbs, though our winters are nowhere near the polar circle. Even in the summer, the grocery stores sell fresh herbs in minimum sized bunches that are way more than two of us can use before having to compost the rest. It would be nice to just pick a few leaves off when needed.
