Yep. Even if you solved the issues with gasses and breathing, things like teeth and bones tend to be denser than meat. And it doesn’t take anywhere near 10,000 g’s for a vial of blood in a centrifuge to look like this:
Equatorial launches are really only advantageous for payloads heading into near equatorial orbits - especially geostationary satellites. This system is only going to be putting small payloads into relatively low orbits, so the majority of business will be going into inclined orbits which don’t need that extra equatorial kick.
