One minor quibble, they call Woz a tech billionaire, and though his net worth is, well, a lot, he purposely avoided becoming a billionaire in the past. Remember, he’s the Steve that retired to teach computers at school and gave away stock to Apple employees he felt got stiffed.

He seems to have gotten more comfortable with being wealthy, and has traded his Discordian prankster ways for being a more pedestrian celebrity. But he still is the anti-Elon, it seems.

The one that people are raving about at the moment is a newer version, which is why it suddenly popped back into the zeitgeist, but I am not looking at you like a crank - I agree completely. All it is is a very large, very complicated mapping of words in the input text and their proximity to each other. That may result in interesting stuff that is fun to read, but it is essentially lorem ipsum text as far as meaning goes. It will seem to have meaning, but it all falls apart on closer examinatio…

Remember, he’s the Steve that retired to teach computers at school and gave away stock to Apple employees he felt got stiffed.

He also used most of his initial Apple IPO wealth to entirely self-fund a big music festival, just so everyone in the valley could have a good time.

The world would be a better place if Woz got half the press that Jobs did.
