In Michigan dealers still don’t open on Sundays
In 1988 opening on a Saturday would cause trouble.

It’s state imposed sales tactics. You know you can’t shop around tomorrow, so you take the deal that is offered to you on Saturday because you need a car to get to work because public transportation is for poor people.
