I posted a link to this book earlier but it was deleted because the moderator didn’t want this thread to devolve into squabbling over generational differences… and then the rest of the thread happened so not sure what’s going on now.
Anyway…it’s a good book even though it is somewhat controversial for obvious reasons. The author makes some interesting points.

Oh I know. I had mentioned it in like comment #30 up thread along with some other thoughts on the subject before I was unceremoniously “moderated”. Unsure of the reason considering the way this thread ended up unfolding.
