So if you were poor, looking for a job, with the same skills, you don’t think the white person is in a better situation than a black person? insert similar circumstance here. I can point to various studies that show you’d be wrong to think that. It is strange how when they remove black identifiers from resumes, suddenly callbacks for interviews go up dramatically…

If you’re walking down the street, minding your own business and see a cop, you think being white and black (with no other changes) is exactly the same and your treatment won’t be at all worse for being black?
