Adorably clingy!
My own English Setter named George Michael (yes, the performer, my daughter picked the name) is exactly the opposite of Toot Toot in that he is very much an introvert, preferring to stay away from his humans and lay under my desk in my home office most of the time. It’s kind of sad. He does come alive when hearing “go for a walk” and “go for a ride” just like most dogs.
