Thank you. That is truly a wonderful thing. It made me smile, and want to do that myself. With kids, at best. To explore how animation, and films in general, work.

You could do something similar with chalk, just outline the figure and wipe it off, no waiting for the water to dry, or use different coloured chalks.
Take all the photos on your phone and make a GIF with something free like ezgif.com

Eep. Am I the only one who saw this and immediately thought. “Wow” Kinda like Hiroshima and Nagasaki…
I know light/dark reversed, but this kind of thing will always creep me out.
