I, to, am reasssured by the fact that $OBJECTOFDANGEROUSPOWERANDDUBIOUSACCURACY has been in use by $RESPECTABLEAUTHORITY for $APPEALTOTRADITION years; and also support the deployment of this wholly proportionate and well-reasoned technique to combat $VILLAIN’s depradations against $SYMPATHETICVICTIM rather than resorting to brutal, unscientific $STRAWMAN tactics; which are the only alternative in today’s binary reality.

That’s true to a point. But then you get things like council estates built to the old Parker Morris standards, where the houses are often considerably roomier than modern new builds in “nicer” areas.

Class and income don’t necessary correlate in the UK - You’d have to know (at least) what they call each of the days meals to pin point that.
