My understanding (and it could be wrong) was that Laws could be constrained by conditions, and don’t have to be as all I encompassing as Theories. Along with not having to provide reasoning, just being based on observation.

Exactly. If Einstein’s general relativity has superseded Netwon’s “laws of motion” in a hierarchical sense, they wouldn’t be allowed to be called “laws” anymore, would they? But they are, still, because it doesn’t work like that. It’s not like there’s a book and the old ones get struck from the record.
I got some weed you could try that would take you to a parallel universe. You do come back, eventually.

What part of us existed before our parents were born? imagine our body the universe and if the cells in our body were to theorize, what existed before their universe, our body existed? The ice cream cone analogy is the best I’ve heard also what is north of the north pole?
