What do you to cheer up on bad days?

Fifthing on the exercise. I think of it as the Exercise Cure. I take it every day. For me, it has to be moderate to high-intensity for the anti-depressant effect to work, every three days at least or I start to crumple into myself. But the effect is dramatic and reliable. And there’s always some benefit even if I just walk. And I feel pretty good in this body.
