What ethnic group is mostly likely to be shot by police in the USA?

I screwed up that one. In focusing to the user interface, I misremembered the kind of the fog-of-war and confused it apparently with some event from the Malvinas war.

Sorry for this one.

Fair do’s

The interesting thing about the Falklands incidents is how little it affected the crews. I mean, ultimately most of them probably ended up with PTSD to one degree or another, but as long as the ship still floated they kept fighting it. Hugh McManners talks about exactly that (and other instances of sailors, soldiers and airmen just carrying on with their job when you’d think they’d just curl up in a ball and try to wish it all away) in Scars of War. People are surprisingly resilient, at least in the short term, especially if they’re trained for it and mentally well prepared for the logical consequences of their line of work.

Well - the policies seem to be working.

Clearly, the African American segment learns as it ages to behave (or so many of them are shot by police that the numbers play around). However, there is some work to be done with the Native Americans, as they seem to behave more badly over time, although with a mild diminution after age 35.

As for the average of 1.18 being so different to the other statistics - we all know just how much statistics play around.
