Javascript is getting better… it’s just so halfsies on everything. Give me purity or give me a different hammer.
And to be fair, code-complete is applicable to pretty much all OO/algol derived languages… including Javascript.

My team pretty much writes everything in Python or JavaScript but then they’re fuzzing a web browser or its component pieces, like its JavaScript engine.
My current team is clojure for the rest API and go for any CLIs.
Not a fan of Go, but I love parenthesis.
