I think there is enough helium. Any radioactive alpha emitter is making the stuff. This is too slow, but given millions of years underground the stuff can build up. You won’t get it at the price you get it when it fizzes from Texas oil, but if the price goes up a bit, there are other places where collecting it becomes economic. There are sands (monazite sands?) which give off helium when heated, and there are big reserves of those. This will give helium enough for low temperature apparatus, but probably not at a price to fill balloons or dirigibles.
