lovely and clever - but my expert stitcher wife informs me - not needlepoint. I quote: needlepoint is done on a countable thread fabric base. Stitching on these fine thread fabrics more likely embroidery, and the nipples look like crochet work.

The “Dimples of Venus” mark where the lumbar vertebrae end and the pelvis begins, which is much higher than you might expect.
