For those who are interested, this is currently £9 for the paperback, but only £1.84 for the kindle version on amazon uk.
This also reminded me of the dentistry section in Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson, mainly because I've not been to a dentist for ten years now so I have no reference point.
