Hi, those are cookie cutters i made from aluminium foil.i also made some 3dprinted escher cookie cutter you can find in my Shapeways shop (fdecomite)
I’m not really into baking, so maybe I’m way off, but it seems to me that if you used the cutters to cast or to cut something that sets or that has set rather something that you subsequently bake - fudge, for example, or toffee, or even maybe cutting rich brownies if you’ve made two colors - you could get the product to tesselate a little more cleanly.
Penrose tile cookies would be good too.
