Decent down/poly jacket, leather mittens with raggwool inserts, and a wool watchcap. Snow boots if you will be outside for more than 30 minutes.
That’s it - winter is handled.

nope. none of these.
need some new crab traps, gum boots and long sleeve fishing shirts (still gonna wear shorts year-round).
could do with a new Bimini top for the boat…
