My feelings exactly. I mean, there is literally over a century of precedent for the U.S. military ignoring war crimes they have committed, with many prominent recent examples. It also doesn’t help that we have effectively threatened to invade the Netherlands if the ICC ever tries to pursue war crimes against a U.S. citizen.
