Shit, I used to kayak under that bridge! Small world. There’s a college crew boathouse right there, which is where it looks like the camera was that took this footage

Note that this was not a USPS truck. This was one of those long distance node transfer trucks that are all private contractors. You see them on the highways as bland white tractor trailers with “US Mail” scrawled on them in amateur-looking lettering. They aren’t allowed to use the USPS logos or anything. They are the gig workers of the postal system, basically.
