Well there you go, MIT says they didn’t do anything wrong and then had someone write a report saying so. Case closed, Scooby Doo!
In other news, the US has found itself not responsible for the looting of Iraqi museums after the invasion and Japan has forgiven itself for Pearl Harbor saying only “We just wanted to help clean up what we considered a derelict fleet, how could we have known there would be people on them?”
