you know what, i think they already turfed the configuration pages. i don’t see it in my amazon app… perhaps the page still exists?
edit: i take it back - the “dash buttons” menu at the top level of the amazon app is gone, but it’s still buried down in Your Account -> Set up a new device
They’re not doing anything super clever, just watching for the button to appear on the WAN. Applications doing this will keep working after Amazon is gone.
eta: Ah, I see the problem. Without a clever hack, it probably needs Amazon to configure the button with the wifi parameters.

A crappy application…
My Amazon Dash can live out the rest of its years in a drawer, hanging out with my CueCat.
