I can tell you that I received a take down letter shortly after this came into effect, and it changed my life forever! I got off my virtual but and figured out how to never receive one again by signing up for an encrypted VPN.

To be fair, thwy’ve only wasted a couple of millions. In the boondoggle world, that’s barely a blip. We live in the age of airport scanners and subprime lending and no-bid warfare… a couple of million is barely even larceny.
