An Australian TV station tracked the guy down and interviewed him a few months back:
Turns out that his name is not Paul Dozsa. It also turns out that he didn’t do anything wrong. It seems that he was mistaken for someone else. While he was enjoying his succulent Chinese meal, a bunch of police descended on him and arrested him.
