Other than the resolution, I challenge you to spot anything in that video that would show that it wasn’t made years ago.
I was the very first person to win his questionmark bucket contest back in the mid-2000s. Was given the choice of an autographed version of “Blue Velvet” or “Wild at Heart”, I took the latter. I still have it, sadly it’s on DVD and I’ve been spoiled by higher quality video.

Its hard to tell what would be going on in that workshop with a vice, phone in a safe, and paints, but the stack of shoe soles behind him could really only be for making/repairing dress shoes

I was hoping Lynch was the latest guest weatherman on John Krasinski’s Some Good News. I really enjoyed Robert De Niro’s weather prognostications on episode 2
