Ridiculous white girl accent though it may be, the actual mechanics of it have shades of Kargyraa style Tuvan throat singing.
I guess it’s also used in “cookie monster” metal-style vocals.
(That’s a technical term, btw)

True, but the laws are pretty messed up anyway. Until they get them fixed, I find this distracts me a ton less from the road, at least.
