Hey! To be specific, that’s Racine, Wisconsin; Kenosha’s close competitor for third largest city in Wisconsin. I see a few changes from current day Racine and checking the date in the linked post, I’m not surprised, but it’s still very recognizable. The clouds are long gone, of course!
