Australia earthquake shakes TV studio

I have a hunch it was 9.873 km.

Weird, belated reflection.

I watched this again with an eye out for the 1989 Newcastle earthquake, which was definitely the most deadly earthquake in Aus (13 lives lost) and Iā€™m pretty sure the only deadly earthquake since colonisation.

It barely shows up as a blip, which I guess reflects that we have a shirt-load of land with barely anybody in resident, and a few tiny pockets with everyone else.
