Changing the scale in “September” makes it sound like the musical version of a panic attack.

It is sad, but I can understand why-- it’s been getting bigger and bigger every year, and after a point it’s hard to top what was done before.

True; the production values in this year’s were off the chain, especially compared to how simple his vids were when he first started 6 years ago…

I sobbed. The big dance scene was filmed at Willis Wonderland, the home of Allee Willis. Wasn’t expecting that!

The whistling solo in “Dock of the Bay” and the entire lyric of Nik Kershaw’s “The Riddle” were meant to be placeholders too. No point in changing shit that just works.
