I don’t blame the goats for avoiding the donkey. Donkeys play ROUGH! We have a pair in our horse pasture and they push each other down, mount and bite/kick all the time. Even the horses tend to stay out of their way when they get riled up.
They are cute though! And so much trouble, when you’re trying to get chores done. They’ll steal rakes and knock over muck buckets as I try to clean.
I can never get photos of my horses without them photo-bombing too. Such characters.

It’s always intimidating to make new friends when you’re worried that you’ll come across as an ass in front of the other kids.
