We bought a couple of big shop heaters and some thermometers and drove the temp inside the house to around 165 for 3-4 hours. Another thing that works in Arizona is to wrap that used couch in black plastic and leave it in the sun for a few days.

Very informative and disgusting video. You can DIY the heat treatment for less than $1000.

I would imagine in more humid climates it would be good to put a container of some dry z air (calcium chloride) inside the wrap to dry the little bloodsuckers out. a little Diatomaceous earth to cut them and make them dry out quicker cant hurt either .

If you use shop heaters, it’s probably best to leave the pressurized propane bottles outside, I would guess :slight_smile:
