I was able to trace my line back to Scotland and a certain Laird Dufus, complete with a ruined castle which is open for tourist visits. I might even make that trip someday. My wife said this explained a lot!!

Hey, if a family bible counts, that db certainly should. It’s surprisingly useful. (I can see why the postmortem baptizing non-Mormons thing is highly insulting to some people, but turn-about is fair. I believe someone dropped $35 to “Bob” to give Joseph Smith a ticket on the Pleasure Saucers come X-Day.)
