Some friends of the family had these, and I read every one. Some of the best stuff many people today haven’t seen. Snoopy as a puppy, Linus’ graceful and effortless artistic skills, so much fun stuff.

I remember getting excited whenever a Charlie Brown holiday cartoon was on TV. This was well before the days of DVR, so you literally only had one chance to watch it every year. I’d get fired-up when the station announcer said “The Bob Newhart show will not be seen tonight so that we may bring you this special presentation…”

The CA DMV has temporarily suspended new personalized plates, though I think you can still get a serialized one with Snoopy, or the other non-standard plates.
