Tragic, but actions have consequences, as it turns out.
I commend her principled dedication to the League of Extraordinary Idiots.
Including her own life. Did I mention my feeling of trying hold back the tide with a sieve? Yup, about like that.
Oh no, anyway…
I can think of nothing better than to enact vaccine mandates in this woman’s memory.
She’s right in the group that’s getting the brunt of covid right now - middle age white people. So stories like this are ironic, but very much part of a significant trend. A very ugly one:
The short news clip said that in the DA’s office, she specialized in environmental and consumer law. What does that mean as a right-winger ADA? Specializing in dismantling both environmental and consumer protections? Letting polluters and business cheats just go with a mild slap on the wrist?
Indeed. That’s all I got.
Interestingly enough heaven has those exact same conditions.
I was a bit hesitant to call her a right winger, but then when I saw that she was retweeting stuff like this, I’m now confident of my characterization. (BTW, isn’t The Blaze the new breitbard, like the OAN is the new fox news?)
At least she didn’t leave any kids behind. And I hope her husband secretly got vaccinated so the dog doesn’t get orphaned.
Why am I so happy about this? What have I become?
As consolation I believe a large part of my happiness around this is hoping that the more this happens to people, the more people will wake up and stop being stupid and actively spreading harm. Though I know that won’t really happen much at all.
Can someone explain the GOP strategy to me… I don’t get how killing both your voters and also your promising future candidates gets them in power.
Karma or Stupidity? Why not both?
She died doing what she loved, spreading an avoidable infectious disease.
I will totally take that good boy, he can even keep his name, but it will be Mojo Nixon from here out.
Is love from a conservative even real in the first place?
During the 70s, mom got dragged to a costume party by a friend, where she met a guy in a toga. He was flirting with her, and she wasn’t too impressed. She eventually asked him what he did, and he told her he was a corporate lawyer.
“You stand up for the little guy? That’s great!”
“Uh, I work for the corporations.”
"Oh, so you’re the heavy!"
He left her alone after that, and she was grateful.
death cults have no logic. 'Swhat makes 'em cults.
Well…
There’s something that matters more than freedom…
As a clue, you’ve got to be it to have freedom…
Don’t worry, we’ll all wait while you all catch up.
They want to rule in hell. /s
