I thought this sounded familiar. Jason Willis wrote about it in his fantastic Scar Stuff blog years ago - here’s the entry, with a little more information about the record’s origin:

It really is - it was my go-to site around Halloweentime to grab kitschy, spooky albums. It’s still useful, even though Jason has moved on, and the albums are no longer there for download.
