Churches lo-jack their Nativity Jesuses

Please do whatever it takes to remember, this sounds like something great.

Thanks for the effort, but your answer covers the technical side of the illuminated plastic baby Jesus.
It does not, however, answer my question:
“How many watts should the lightbulb illuminating baby Jesus have in order to be appropiate in the liturgical sense?”
Anyone with a sound theological background on bbs who can pitch in on this?

Sigh. Fine.

Which liturgy?

Latin Catholic, Protestant, Lutheran, Reformed, Methodist, Anglican…? Or Eastern - Orthodox, Assyrian, etc.? They’ve all got some common ground and agree on many things but, as it turns out, baby Jesus bulb wattage isn’t one of them…and that’s just the rough differentiations, without even considering the individual rites within the churches. The Eastern Assyrian Church’s Hallowing of Theodore of Mopsuestia doesn’t even mention light bulbs.

Let’s start with the market leader and see where we go from there, shall we?
So, Roman Catholic.
Please perform an analysis of the availiable data, including energy consumption rates in relation to Luminous intensity and Luminous emittance and the possibilities of using alternative energy sources.
Have it on my desk as a PPP by friday.
Be seeing you!
