CISCO certification deal: Worth it?

This is up in the BB store right now. I’ve been considering getting a couple of CISCO certifications, so it seems well timed, except…

So is this actually worth anything at all?

I would imagine a course of youtube videos and free how-to’s on various blogs/forums and a judicious torrent or two would do the same, if not better, job.
