Collection of 88x31 pixel web button ads from times of yore

Seeing them all stacked like that felt like an abrupt end to nostalgia for me.

In a similar vein there’s “Under Construction” gifs, which seem to have gone completely extinct.
Fortunately Archive Team have kept a record of many thousands of them:

I thought that said Kompozer. I still use NVU portable when I need to fix some simple html and I can’t remember the code.

They’re both based on Mozilla Composer.

X10?

I’ve just been trying to get Home Assistant running on some old 32 bit hardware. Without much luck so far. I’ve got a couple of shoe boxes full of modules and switches though and seems like they ought to be doing something.

This must be about the company x10.com back in the day? Not to be confused with the x10 standard itself, which is still pretty cool imo.

Yes the company X-10. They used to heavily advertise everywhere on the internet for a while. Specifically their surveillance cameras. Those ads always involved a woman being spied on and they were very creepy.
