This is a wonderful tribute to Banned Books Week, and also a reminder that I completely blew it. Several years ago a librarian asked me for ideas about how to celebrate Banned Books Week. I said, “How about a game of Banned Books Jeopardy?”
Using Powerpoint I put together a single round of Jeopardy-type questions. This was for a university library so I figured some of the student workers would have fun being contestants, and I’d love to play Trebek.
Every year for one reason or another it’s been put off. This year I forgot to even bring it up.
