I hope this doesn’t have any lasting effect on their ability to put out books. Almost all of the series I follow currently are IDW.

Don’t they do Star Trek and Doctor Who graphic novels?

I had to look them up to get an idea of who they are, looks like they are the primary licensed-IP comics makers, from G.I. Joe to Sonic the Hedgehog, Star Trek and Dr. Who (as you mentioned) D&D comics, Star Wars, etc…

They also own Top Shelf, who put out a lot of wonderful indie type stuff

They’ve been at least partially responsible for the resurgence of Transformers with their amazingly deep stories and inventing whole swaths of lore that somehow fits into 25 years of toy merchandise.

The only IDW comics I’ve been buying in recent years have been the D&D comics; I also have a few of their Angel & Buffy paperbacks from before those moved to Dark Horse.

IDW published this collection, for which I am very, very grateful.

There’s probably not much of a chance for a Volume Two now.
