Apologies, this is a “Long Read” audio from The Guardian but it is a case study in the many reasons why late stage capitalism is so utterly pathologically fkd up.
tl;dr
How hedge fund managers took a nation’s biggest (NB: functioning) pharmacy, used it for financial leverage and pRoFiT!!! while efficiently eviscerating its mission and its core services to customers.
