I do like that, but still the shoes I wish I could get more than any others ever remain the Converse Chukka boots designed with Oscar Niemeyer about a decade ago.
Gawd only knows what I’d have to pay a collector to get a pair of 'em in Scotland, today.

But can you cook noodles in them (not just wearing them)?
Glancing at this on my phone, I misread “sneaker” as “speaker” and a noodle company teaming up with a shoe company to make speakers made just as much sense as the real story.
They missed an opportunity by not making the laces noodle-colored instead of plain white.
