I went to wrecksite.eu but the menus and buttons were frozen for me.
so I went to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_maritime_signal_flags#Number_Flags
and got
there were number flags, too, but not with those designs. I was trying to figure out why there were 4 flags for a 3 digit number. you’re to add the values together, or blue check is a zero?
