3560 is a (very) common Cisco switch. Screw Cisco–I prefer the new holland combine harvester 3560AL

Apparently, the advantage of the 3860AL isn’t backplane speed, but it handles steep hills easily, possibly in Spain or South America.
That is my way of saying I don’t know what backplane speed means.
