Would that this were a fully-implemented thing.

Also, @anon87143080 and @zzzz, those cars are gorgeous. I learned to drive a stick on a '66 Ghia. Very forgiving. The Sea World San Diego parking lot saw a lot of spinning in the dirt.

It’s an odd-looking thing.

R33-WF car 9306
Although R33 type cars ran in married pairs with the even number the lowest of the pair those for the World’s Fair/Flushing Line were single cars. A total of forty R33s were built by the St. Louis Car. Co between 1962 and 1963. Car 9306 commences the numbering sequence.

At the museum 9306 carries the World’s Fair colour scheme for the 1964/65 World’s Fair at Corona Park, Flushing Meadows.

The R33-WF cars were rebuilt by the Coney Island shops in 1985 but still retained the motor-generator and pneumatic door operation.

That pic definitely looks like someone has tweaked the aspect ratio.
They should get one of their minions to attend to it.

@bunkyboar Nice to see heavy plant in the wild - all too often they turn up here in ‘brochure’ mode.

This is, of course, topical:

Darn. I f only you’d posted that at 9114 (there is a version of it with that number) I’d have been here with 9314.
Still, with one of those I guess you might win at this:
