Easier to stick it on a boxcar with double-sided tape and let it travel the country. If you have a good throwing arm, you should be able to get that sumbeechie to stick on the first try.

Yes, the government can’t force you to provide information that is only in your head. But they CAN put you in jail for contempt to force you to provide documents in response to a subpoena. The main limitation is that they have to describe the documents that they are looking for.

Okay, the US government can’t legally force you to provide incriminating information that is only in your head.
