Well, they went down still wasting podcasters’ money, but at least they won’t pocket any more of it.
I’m just dismayed it took this much effort to kill the bogus patent; we are merely plugging one hole for every 10 that are created!

I’d like to know how we cut this kind of thing off at the beginning: why was this ridiculous patent granted in the first place?
